O Protocolo ONE para Estética Natural em Um Dia e Preservação do Rebordo Alveolar.
O Reverse PET representa uma evolução das Partial Extraction Therapies (PET), destinada a preservar o volume do rebordo alveolar e a arquitetura gengival deixando intencionalmente fragmentos radiculares remanescentes, pela destruição seletiva das raizes.
Ao contrário das técnicas Socket-Shield (Hürzeler et al., 2010)1 ou Root Membrane (Siormpas et al., 2014)2, o Reverse PET3 envolve a preparação do leito implantar antes da destruiçãoseletiva da raiz, preservando o ligamento periodontal (PDL) e o bundle bone através de desgaste controlado da raiz in situ.
